What's the process of switching to DNA?
With our switching service, you can switch to DNA carefree. If desired, we will contact your former accountant to make the transition as efficient as possible.
Are there costs if I call with a financial or tax question?
At DNA, the meter does not run when you call for questions or advice. We use a fixed monthly rate for all services where you can always call with all your questions.
If, on the other hand, you have a specific and detailed financial/tax issue and would you like to have it all sorted out? Then we work with a fixed consultancy rate.
We always discuss in advance whether the rate is appropriate, so you will never be faced with surprises afterward.
What accounting package does DNA work with?
We offer all our clients an administration on EXACT ONLINE. As a new client, we take you by the hand to go through the system together so that you can make optimal use of it and have a better view of your financial position.
However, if you have set up your administration in a different system, we would be happy to look at how we can still be of service to you.
How do I submit my data?
You deliver the administration digitally. This can be done by your personal (digital letterbox) and/or via the app. The data is immediately visible in your administration and must then be checked and processed by us.
Does DNA also offer administrative and tax packages?
DNA offers annual packages for its administrative and tax services that are tailored to the needs of the client.
We offer a quotation for this for a year so that it is transparent what your monthly Accounting costs will be.

What should I pay attention to when photographing the invoice/receipt?
- Take a sharp photo
- Make sure the creditor (supplier)/debtor (customer) is visible
- Make sure the amount is visible, including the VAT amount
- Make sure the date is visible and (possibly) the payment due date
- Make sure information about the products/services is visible
- Make sure the invoice number is visible (if it is on it)
- If you pay per pin, the photographer is ALSO the Pinbon (on one photo)
- Include it if you paid differently than with your business bank account (and also how)
